Meet Daniel Elster, a seasoned General Contractor with more than two decades of experience in construction and real estate development. His expertise spans the full spectrum of the construction industry, allowing him to guide projects seamlessly from inception to completion. Daniel’s portfolio features a diverse range of ventures, including both commercial and residential projects, from cozy one-bedroom ADUs to extensive multi-million dollar/multi-use buildings.

A true construction “veteran”, George Schneider has over 35 years of highly responsible experience in the construction industry, from On-Site Superintendent, General Contractor, and currently, as Square One’s Project Manager. He is accomplished at taking major projects through all planning and processing stages, including the preparation of critical paths, production schedules, controls, and reports.
George’s experience includes direct supervision of all construction trades. His largest project to date was $156 Million for the construction of 886 apartment units. George also has expertise in Type 5 multi-story construction projects, and Zero property line.

Tom's extended history of experience speaks for itself. After entering the trades in 1970, he advanced to the rank of Superintendent in 1980. Since that time, Tom has "superintendended" over one billion dollars' worth of construction activities. His expertise is highly valued by the team at Square One Inc.
